Recover LoCoMo10 temporal and overlap slices

Summary

• Adds deterministic supplemental extractors for LoCoMo visual evidence, shared school/class history, competition outcomes, and affect/pet motivation evidence.
• Adds shared supplemental evidence utilities to keep the extractor implementations small and fallow-clean.
• Keeps recovered temporal and overlap support covered by supplemental extraction and iterative-retrieval tests.

Validation

• Draft PR: this is a WIP checkpoint before the next optimization loop.
• Latest shared-overlap slice reached F1 0.875; remaining misses point to retrieval/package composition rather than missing extraction.
