I need to reduce the directories and other stuff. So, I'll colse this PR. |

I totally removed original ComplianceAsCode sourcecode, and added several directories/files/diff/script for creating Rocky8 as ComplianceAsCode content. |

I create rocky8 directory and changed several files for ComplianceAsCode mainstream.
If we will just replace centos to rocky, we just need to replace several XML file under content. But I think we need to prepare to create rocky8 directory similar as OracleLinux8(ol8) one.
I'll create README.md file under content later.
