Updates example greeting text, removes wxbot.json, and bumps version to 0.17.4.

• Examples:
  • Adjust greeting in examples/ripe-wechaty-hi.ts to remove "数字员工" from messages to a contact and a room.
• Config:
  • Remove wxbot.json and its QR code callback config.
• Release:
  • Bump package.json version from 0.17.2 to 0.17.4.
