Describe the bug

org.atsign:at_client:0.0.2 vulnerabilities for jackson and netty.

We need to update the version in the parent pom and retest

Steps to reproduce

Create an intellij java / maven project and add this dependency

org.atsign at_client 0.0.2

Expected behavior

Published artifact should not report vulnerabilities
