centerline v0.2.2

A lot of updates has been implemented, see NEWS.md for details. The major are:

• Website launched with some vignettes
• Switched from rlang to checkmate for type checks
• Added the geom_cnt_* function family for plotting centerlines with ggplot2
• New way of centerline generating using the straight skeleton method from raybevel
