follow redirects in fetch_content

Hi, thank you for your module, this PR allows redirects; here a test of that (fails with main):

from oembedpy.application import Oembed
oembed=Oembed()
oembed.fetch('https://www.mixcloud.com/anthonymarkwell/day-0-orientation-talk/')
