aube run in a workspace package doesn't add the workspace root's node_modules/.bin to PATH

pnpm's run docs say: "For workspaces, <workspace root>/node_modules/.bin is also added to the PATH, so if a tool is installed in the workspace root, it may be called in any workspace package's scripts." In the case, only the root depends on a local package that ships a root-bin-probe command, and member app has a script that runs it. pnpm 12.14.0 run probe in app works. aube run probe fails with root-bin-probe: command not found.
