AudiencePoint pulls a list of subscribers from ConstantContact. That list of subscribers is then analyzed and sent to at the appropriate hour. In order for this to work, AudiencePoint creates a temporary list within ConstantContact and then schedules that list to go out in the next ten minutes, so every hour that has messages scheduled to go out with AudiencePoint, the subscribers will be put into a temporary list, after the list has been sent, the list is removed from Constant Contact

Import via Tab Delimited File

The use of a tab file imported into AudiencePoint as a list of subscribers is still central to the technical strategy. In the case of ConstantContact, the fields include in the Tab Delimited list are limited to:

When a list is imported with just the EMAIL field set the firstname and lastname is set to the alias of the email, so... info@audiencepoint.com would have firstname set to "info" and lastname set to "info"
