foo_controlserver failed to load du to missing procedure

Hello,

I can't use foo_controlserver at all. I get the following message (translation from french) :
"Failed to load foo_controlserver
Reason : Target procedure not found."

I tried all solutions in the user manual, with no success. I am under windows XP, with the latest foobar2000 release. Could you please help me?
