Facing Billing issue with no resolution at all.

Hi,
I bought a plan for one seat on 1st of June. started using it.
Here is an image of the paid invoice.

I added another team member a couple of days after for that the payment failed that was a temporary issue at my bank's end.
But all of a sudden my account went to a cancelation state.

This is what I have been able to see since then.

instead of suspending or canceling the unpaid seat my whole account is jammed.
or it should show a negative balance which I should clear and start using my account but there is no way to do so.

This issue was taken up by Jason. they credit my account but that working only for a few moments and we are still stuck at the same state.
Eeversince I am sending emails and requesting for reinstatement and a solution but no one replies.

these are all of the emails I have sent.
I have contacted over LinkedIn over GitHub and God knows where no one is looking into this issue.

Please resolve this.

i am also facing same issue card keep getting decline but same card working everywhere
