What's new

• SUITE.md — suite coordinator. Decision flow, multi-skill chains, handoff protocol.
• examples/cross-skill-passport-modernization.md — full chain worked example: CDO assessment → Autonomous Venture Studio incubation → Spatial-Motion immersive demo, with named handoff artifacts at each step.
• "Related skills in this suite" footers on all three SKILL.md files.
• Top-level and package READMEs repositioned as suite documents.

What did not change

• The v1.1.0 CDO skill, SWARM, KB, two prior worked examples, and hello-nds.html are all intact.
• No internal skill version bumps. Only the suite version bumped.
• Repository URL unchanged: https://github.com/augustave/NDS
• Live specimen still serves at https://augustave.github.io/NDS/
