BO3, BO4, Cold War AIO Support

This fixes and re-enables BO3 support in the Compiler, bringing it up to Mainline release with Serious' fork before discontinuation.

The Following Games are supported:
Black Ops 3
Black Ops 4
Black Ops Cold War

BO4 Fix

Fix BO4 Injection on Ate's unofficial T7 Fork, since I use this more than the default. Will eventually port the bo3 fixes from Scropts
