Support for Raven Colonial webpage tracking

Pretty much an ability to send the delivered materials to the Raven Colonial for tracking purposes, like in the SRVSurvey.

With current functionality of the colonization, I think that only this remains to have the BGS-Tally as a viable alternative for SRVSurvey, especially on Linux and MacOS.

@dwomble During the last colonisation builds I did (several months ago), I'm sure BGS-Tally was synching commodities delivered to RC, could something be going wrong with CMDR @MGM175 's install?

It should be recording contributions. So two questions.

1. Is RC sync enabled for the system? (It has to be enabled on a per-system basis)
2. Are there any errors in the EDMC debug log that reference contributions?

Very much it's possible that something went bad (EDMC git build running on Linux with Python 3.14; BGS-Tally v. 5.4.0); I've applied the API key from the Raven Corp., yet during deliveries, the data isn't being sent to Raven for tracking syncronization.

It has to be enabled on a per-system basis. If you go to Edit System Plan (the pencil icon) there's a checkbox to sync that system with RC.

If that's checked and it's still not recording please check the EDMC Debug log as it may indicate what's going wrong.

OK, data are being sent as expected. Thanks for the help.

Personally, I think that the sync with Raven should be enabled by default.

It used to be enabled by default but it was causing problems for folks who run BGS-Tally and SRVSurvey or who just aren't contributing to a given base so I set it off by default.

I may revisit this in future now that there's an option to entirely disable Colonisation in BGST as well as to just not enable RC integration.
