Support EU deployments

Currently the logic uses cdn.auth0.com for all domains ending with auth0.com. But for domains ending with eu.auth0.com we should use cdn.eu.auth0.com:

@sandrinodimattia first time I heard there was a EU cdn 😄 . Meanwhile adding an extra parameter Auth0ConfigurationDomain in the Info.plist file will do the trick. The value must be https://cdn.eu.auth0.com

Thanks guys for raising this. As a new iOS developer I spent a good few hours trying to figure out why it wasn't working! I made the changes and it's working now!

@davidmaitland enabling logging might help you tell what's going on and see full errors if you are not too keen on debugging objc/swift
