Changes

This bumps the versions of auth0.js to ^9.29.0 explicitly. This should be fine, as prior to this change, the following would be installed when running ❯ bower install angular-lock:

❯ bower install angular-lock
angular-lock#3.0.4 bower_components/angular-lock
├── angular#1.8.3
├── auth0-lock#11.35.1
└── auth0.js#9.29.0

Same for when installing it through npm using npm i angular-lock:

❯ npm ls auth0-js
bower-test@1.0.0 /Users/frederikprijck/Development/playground/bower
└─┬ angular-lock@3.0.4
  └── auth0-js@9.29.0
