Changes

  • Add Snyk SCA (Software Composition Analysis) scanning via the auth0/devsecops-tooling reusable workflow
  • New workflow .github/workflows/sca_scan.yml
  • Triggers on push and pull request to master
  • Excludes README.md from scanning
