Regenerate SDK with latest API spec: April 9, 2026

Summary

• Regenerates the SDK using Fern CLI 4.43.0 (from 4.29.0) and Java generator 4.1.2 (from 3.44.4)
• Updates SDK version to 1.0.0-beta.0
• Removes the NOTICE file (third-party license manifest)
• Updates reference.md to reflect latest API definition changes

Changes

Code changes (all auto-generated):

• Updated @JsonCreator / builder patterns across ~90 type files
• Minor updates to error types (BadRequestError, ConflictError, ForbiddenError, NotFoundError, TooManyRequestsError, UnauthorizedError)
• Updated request/response content types for identity providers (OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Okta, WAAD, PingFederate, GoogleApps)
• Updated provisioning and SCIM token types

Removed:

• NOTICE file (67 lines) — third-party license manifest

Docs:

• reference.md updated with latest API definition examples

Test plan

• Verify the SDK compiles successfully (./gradlew build)
• Run existing unit tests (./gradlew test)
• Verify no breaking changes to public API surface
• Confirm auth wrapper (MyOrganizationClient) still works with
  regenerated types
