Changes for the Track 2 of the POTENTIAL Interop Event: - Add `EUDI_PID_1` (`vct` = `urn:eu.europa.ec.eudi:pid:1`) to `VerifiableCredentialType`. - Add extra claims to the user `inga` (`sub` = `1004`).
