FR: File Count Automation Condition

From tqm, I use the following to relabel packed torrents so they can be slated for a seed time/ratio adjustment and then removed early.

    label:
      # Move packed torrents to packed label
      - name: packed-tv
        update:
          - Label == "seeding-tv"
          - count (Files, {# matches "(?i)\\.(rar|r\\d\\d)$"}) > 3
      - name: packed-movies
        update:
          - Label == "seeding-movies"
          - count (Files, {# matches "(?i)\\.(rar|r\\d\\d)$"}) > 3
