Cross-seed delay on completion

Hey Team,
Having an ability to delay a cross-seed check on completion would help some of us who have complex file moves after a torrent is completed. I have noticed some of my torrents complete, move from an incomplete folder into a complete folder and cross-seed is too quick and ends up with a few torrents missing files. I know hardlinks could work to fix this issue, but some of us in a transition stage between Windows single pc to Linux dedicated could benefit from a 120 sec delay between completion and actually searching.
Obviously this would be a default off setting for those who have setups correctly calibrated.

I would like this setting too for a different reason.

I use a different post-import category with radarr and sonarr. But qui runs its cross-seed completion search too quickly, before radarr and sonarr have a chance to change the category.
