Numpy depenency is limited to numpy>=1.26.0,<2.0.0

It seems that the latest promptolution version 2.0.0 has a dependency to numpy>=1.26.0,<2.0.0. This is problematic since many other Python packages in this space have moved to numpy>=2.0.0.

Is there specific reason to limit numpy to version below 2? Otherwise, it would be great to relax this limitation.

I locally cloned the repo and bumped the numpy version to >=2.0.0. The unit tests all pass.
