This wiki will guide you through the set up of AutoTube. AutoTube is a software that allows automatic quantifications of vessel area, width, skeleton length and the number of branching points of vascular networks in tissues and/or in in vitro assays. The description of the software can be found in our paper: Javier A. Montoya-Zegarra, Erica Russo, Peter Runge, Maria Jadha, Ann-Helen Willrodt, Szymon Stoma, Simon F. Nørrelykke, Michael Detmar, and Cornelia Halin. AutoTube: a novel software for the automated morphometric analysis of vascular networks in tissues to be published in the Journal of Angiogenesis.
If you use AutoTube, we appreciate it if you cite our paper: @article{einstein, author = "Javier A.
