AvaTax API enhancements:
• Updated AvaTax to support validating individual VAT numbers
• Added new endpoints to support tax rule Jurisdiction selection before Tax Type
• Updated DynamicRuleModel to accept two new fields: ‘priority’ and ‘isDraft’
• Implemented new Custom Tax API to abstract implementation details from
custom tax API calls and remove dependency on UI hardcoding templates and
filters
• Added an API to list local exempt jurisdictions for a given exposure zone and tax
code
• Updated CertExpress Invitation API to prepopulate region and exempt reason
