Cross-referenced every unchecked ROADMAP item against the actual codebase. 28+ items were already implemented but unchecked. Sections updated: - 7.4 Sandboxing → "Mostly Done" (macOS seatbelt, Linux bwrap, policy, config, fallback — Windows deferred) - 7.5 Behavioral Evals → "Done" (eval_runner, 10 seed evals, nightly CI, weekly promotion/demotion) - 7.6 Advanced Compression → "Mostly Done" (file tracking, secret masker at all persistence boundaries — query-loop wiring deferred) - 7.18 Shell Passthrough → "Done" (real-time streaming + context injection) - 7.20 Scheduled Agents → "Done" (cron, webhooks, daemon) - 7.21 Web/Desktop Clients → "Mostly Done" (Flutter client, WebSocket JSON-RPC, serve mode — auth hardening deferred) Remaining v1.1 gaps: - 4.3 Model routing & fallback (not started) - 7.7 Non-interactive JSON streaming (not started) - 7.12 Epic workflows (not started)
