Captures the next wave of work after v1.0: a plugin marketplace, disk-loaded output styles, bundled skills, settings migrations, cron/remote-trigger model tools, a direct-connect server with IDE bridge, teammate/swarm mode, additional model-callable tools (Brief, Config, McpAuth), Bash tool hardening, agent fork/resume and color manager, a team-memory layer, several supporting services, and a generalized task-kind model. Each subsection is independently shippable and lists concrete checkboxes plus the relevant existing source paths.

Summary
Adds Phase 8 to
ROADMAP.md, capturing the next wave of work after v1.0. Three axes:Also fills in supporting work: additional model-callable tools (Brief, Config, McpAuth), Bash tool safety helpers split into testable modules, a team-memory layer, and a service-layer fill-in (OAuth, policy/rate-limit, settings sync, tips, notifier).
Each subsection is independently shippable and references the existing source paths it builds on, so contributors can pick any item without reading the whole phase.
The Contributing priorities list at the bottom of the roadmap is extended with a Phase 8 block (items 13-20) so the queue is visible at a glance.
