tailtest v4.0.0 is live -- Codex CLI support, Stop hook, 8 languages

tailtest v4.0.0 is out.

This is a separate plugin for Codex CLI (not Claude Code -- that is avansaber/tailtest at v3.x).

What ships:

• Stop hook fires at the end of every Codex agent turn -- sweeps file mtimes, queues changed source files, returns decision: block with test instructions
• 8 languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, PHP (Laravel), Java, Rust
• mtime-based detection: no PostToolUse in Codex -- the Stop hook walks the project and finds files newer than turn_start_mtime
• AGENTS.md drives the test generation cycle, written to project root on first session
• SessionStart hook scans runners, creates session state, emits a 1-line status summary
• 4 Codex skills: /tailtest <file>, /summary, /tailtest off, /tailtest on
• 317 tests in tailtest-codex own suite
• Security scan clean: stdlib-only, no network calls, no secrets, transcript file never opened
