Description
The postlove like counts in Recent Topics (#162) are currently shown automatically when postlove is installed. Add an ACP toggle so admins can disable the like counts even when postlove is present. this acp option should be hidden when postlove is not installed.
Use Case
Some admins may want postlove for viewtopic but not want like counts cluttering the Recent Topics listing.
Possible Implementation
- New config value
rt_show_likes (default: 1)
- ACP checkbox in the Global Settings section
- Only query and display likes when both postlove is installed AND
rt_show_likes is enabled
