I lead operations for a living: scaling teams, designing workflows, and taking the friction out of day-to-day work. My background sits at the intersection of business and execution — two master's degrees, including an MBA — but what I really love is the moment a broken process finally clicks into place.
I'm convinced the next decade of operations work belongs to people who can combine management judgment with automation skills. So I'm going deep on:
- AI tools — prompt engineering, LLM workflows, agent-based assistants
- No-code automation — Make, n8n, Claude
- Custom tools — I build small web apps to solve real problems my team and I face
