Commit contains data for demos of chapter 11. These files contain the pre-generated samples that are used by sampler-demos. The files are in csv-format for easier viewing.
The demo is updated to better match R-demos. The visualizations utilize arviz at some parts. The loo analysis example is added in order to compare models. Code is clarified and better commented. The Markdown cells are improved with typo fixes and additional explanations.
The demo is updated to better match the R-demos. Animations for the samplings were added. A lot of comments and markup sections were added to more thoroughly explain what is done in the demo. Also the errors in labeling and legends were corrected. Also contradictions between markup sections and code sections were corrected. When doing this demo we spotted similar errors in the R-demos. For example the markup sections sometimes talk about 50 burnin samples when the code actually uses 500 burnin samples etc.
This demo was created using the improved demo11_1 and the respective R-demo as reference. Similar animations were added as for demo11_1. Two .mp4 files were also added if the animation does not work in jupyter notebook.
