build dedicated elasticsearch cluster monitoring for elk stack cluster prod env.

elk6 is prod env elasticsearch cluster. elk7 is dedicated monitoring elasticsearch cluster.

elk6 include this components :

• elasticsearch
• kibana
• metricbeats
• filebeats
• logstash

elk7 include this components :

• elasticsearch
• kiabana

the version of elk i use is 7.16.2 it's all encrpytred with SSL and passwords
