Prism Linux comes prebundled with GNU Bash and Z Shell (which is linked to /bin/sh). you can install other shells, like Heirloom UNIX Bourne Shell, various versions of the Korn Shell (Public Domain, OpenBSD, MirBSD) and tcsh. obviously, you can compile your own programs, as the system comes with Git and build tools preinstalled.
