Fixes the community review error by reverting the language detection to a method compatible with minAppVersion 1.4.0 (getLanguage() requires a newer Obsidian version). Keeps the other 0.1.1 improvements: activeDocument for popout compatibility, node:module instead of the builtin-modules dependency, and a committed lockfile.
