Fixes the sidebar snap-back when switching notes after a manual resize, and adds a “Restore previous width” mode (now the default) that remembers the sidebar width from before a rule and puts it back when you leave a matched note. Also clarifies the settings text (property matches on key presence — no value needed) and renames the example property to home_sidebars.
