NFC tag scan = start countdown to unblock schedule

I'd love to be able to scan a tag and have it start an eg: 60 minute countdown for when apps will then be unblocked.

Force myself to stay off phone in the morning, but have flexibility for when I wake up at different times.

eg:
12am-12pm schedule blocking distracting apps.
wake up at 8, apps all blocked, scan nfc tag in living room at 8:10, then at 9:10 apps are unlocked.
