[emr-containers] Include deletion of OIDC providers in e2e tests

OIDC providers are not deleted after you run e2e tests. There was huge number of OIDC providers from previous tests pending deletion.

We need to add automation so that OIDC providers are deleted at the end of these tests

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual deletion but its not elegant
