Option to upgrade to jupyter proxy #8
Description
Streamlit on SageMaker notebook instance does not work with nbproxy. Upgrade to jupyter proxy is required.
This trick is widely known, so propose to include as an optional step in the setup script (default: off), to make Streamlit works out-of-the-box.
