- add EKS ALB ingress controller CDK Construct
- include quarkus k8s plugin in dependencies - this way the build profile will generate deployment files under /target folder
- update EKS quarkus demo to use the ALB ingress controller
This includes a fix for fixing circular dependencies when using the eks FargateCluster cdk construct. See https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/releases/tag/v1.64.1 for more details
Remove unnecessary code and unify code style
This region is used by the Quarkus service properties
This is to fix the file permission of the access token file, see kubernetes-sigs/external-dns#1185
