Add jest, i18n and react-query

Changes

• add Jest and an initial unit test (the test is not about a Component since the Store is hardcoded into the utilities used and can't be replaced easily during tests)
• add support for i18n and translated a simple label
• converted the Official images page to TS
• add react-query to simplify store management for server side state and replace data loading inside the Official images page
