Completion error that started on 4.0.0 (and persists in 4.0.2)

Describe the bug
Ever since the upgrade, I've had one test that runs fine in one environment, but not in another. It will pass after 1h but not after 3. I've seen this error before and it's usually a missing csv, but I've exhausted all of the things I (and Gemini) know to try. Requesting someone reach out to schedule time to help debug.

To Reproduce
This is a simplistic process that simply polls for new notifications and tracks them to completion to measure their end to end performance.

I've attached the only errors I can find related to this.

• What are the differences between the two environments (dependencies, configuration etc.)?
• Are there any differences in how the tests are executed?

Test Behavior:

• You mentioned it passes after 1h but not after 3h - does this mean? Could you elaborate further?

Error:

• Any console output or stack traces from the failing environment?

• Please add more context to "I've seen this error before". You also mentioned "usually a missing csv"
