Reverts the version and changelog portions of #874 so the release workflow can be re-run cleanly. Only touches the version fields (package.json, package-lock.json) and the 0.8.2 CHANGELOG entry. Leaves the schema regen and CDK pin in place since the workflow will rewrite them on the next run.
