kiro-cli not working in pycharm reworked 2025 terminal

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Expected behaviour

when I type a cmd and give space kiro should provide a drop down showing suggestions.

Actual behaviour

Nothing comes when I type a cmd and give space.
