v1.1.1 unavailable in ECR public gallery

Describe the bug
Looking at #735, it would appear that v1.1.1 should be available for consumption. It is however unavailable within https://gallery.ecr.aws/aws-application-networking-k8s/aws-gateway-controller-chart.

Expected behavior
v1.1.1 available for usage.

@gr-georgeshort , Thanks for reporting the issue, we investigated and fixed the charts and tag and the chart should be available now.
The fix was implemented as part of this PR #740

Please confirm you are not experiencing the issue anymore.
