Hi @ty-v1,

You're right - the CDK is missing support for syn-nodejs-puppeteer-12.0 and syn-nodejs-puppeteer-13.0 runtimes. The runtime.ts file only supports up to version 11.0.

This is similar to issue #34240. The fix is straightforward - add the missing runtime constants to the Runtime class:

public static readonly SYN_NODEJS_PUPPETEER_12_0 = Runtime.of('syn-nodejs-puppeteer-12.0');
public static readonly SYN_NODEJS_PUPPETEER_13_0 = Runtime.of('syn-nodejs-puppeteer-13.0');

Would you be interested in contributing a PR? The change just involves updating packages/aws-cdk-lib/aws-synthetics/lib/runtime.ts. Consider including version 10.0 from #34240 as well.
