Display entire sso-session list immediately in aws configure sso and aws configure sso-session #10015

Description

Describe the feature

The configure sso and configure sso-session commands should start by displaying the full list of sso-sessions defined, and allow the user to filter that list by entering one or more characters. In other words, start with everything and let the user filter down that list, instead of starting with nothing and require the user to guess the names of sso-sessions.

Use Case

These commands are very frustrating to me because they violate so many user interface best practices. I would much rather select from a list than remember every name of every sso-session, or enter a, b, c ... to see which session names match each letter.

Proposed Solution

Display the full list of sso-sessions when the command prompts for the SSO session name, and filter the list when the user enters text in the field. If they blank out the field, display the full list instead of nothing.
