Latest version (2.24.18) install fails on aws-cli circleci orb

Perhaps is an issue with circleci aws-cli orb? The issue appears only on macOS, it works on Linux

This looks similar to the reports in #9234 which is tracking Python 3.13 support for v2. We have internal work started to address all of the 3.13 issues, but don't have a timeline for releasing it yet.

I'm not too familiar with CircleCI, are you able to use Python 3.12 instead, or is that determined by the Orb?

Yes, most probably is due to python version. I was able to install it using brew, so problem solved on my side. Thank you!
