[Docs]: Broken links to docs/advanced

I was reading about waits and wanted to read about the wait for condition.

I noticed several documentation pages link to files in docs/advanced/ that don't exist yet (the directory only contains a .gitkeep):

I see there are already open issues for some of this content (#165, #178), so I assume these are planned. Just flagging in case it's helpful to know the links are currently 404ing for users.

Not urgent - the existing docs are great! Looking forward to exploring this a bit. 🙂

Hi @Iamrodos, thank you so much for opening this issue to report this problem and for giving your feedback on our documentation. We are working to merge all open PRs and fix the broken links as soon as possible.

Also, if you identify anything that we can improve, we'd love to hear.

I'll keep this issue open until we merge all the PRs.
