Description of changes:
This adds
blackandisortautoformatting helpers and applies them.I have not enabled the Travis checks yet because there's one line that
blackandisortdisagree on. I think the correct solution to this will be to move to usingpre-committo run and check for diffs, but I think that is best handled outside the scope of this PR.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
