AWS CRT wheels for Python 3.10

Describe the feature

Please release AWS CRT wheels for Python 3.10. It is currently not possible to install awsiotsdk due to missing dependencies (specifically in Home Assistant environment)

Use Case

We need to be able to use awsiotsdk in Home Assistant to integrate with certain devices. Our current issue is that we are unable to run specific integration, see here: MTrab/landroid_cloud#282
The request is general tho, more similar problems will probably arise in other projects too.

Release pre-compiled awscrt wheels for Python 3.10

We do have wheels for Python 3.10 and 3.11. What OS/device are you trying to use this sdk on?

Here are the available wheels on pypi: https://pypi.org/project/awscrt/#files

You can see there are 3.10 and 3.11 wheels for many OS/arch combinations, including manylinux/aarch64.

piwheels.org also hosts wheels specifically for use with Raspberry Pi OS: Buster uses Python 3.7 and Bullseye uses Python 3.9. But these wheels aren't intended for use with any other OS.

Does Home Assistant OS require musllinux wheels?

Releasing musllinux wheels is something we know we need to do, but haven't gotten around to (awslabs/aws-crt-python#315)
