Deprecate context.callbackWaitsForEmptyEventLoop?

Because of #137 ([FEEDBACK REQUEST] Should AWS Lambda deprecate callback-style function handlers for Node.js 24 and later?) does this also mean context.callbackWaitsForEmptyEventLoop and context.lambdaContext.callbackWaitsForEmptyEventLoop (found in the new DurableContext) also need to be deprecated?
