Reqwest blocking client has a default 30 seconds timeout. In our case, the NEXT call to extension API will block forever. So we have to disable the timeout on the blocking http client.

Description of changes:
Implement Lambda Adapter as a Lambda Extension. This will allow users to reuse container images without changing ENTRYPOINT.
